2. Account Registration
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep that information up to date. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false or misleading information.
3. Subscriptions and Payments
Free tier — A limited set of practice questions is available at no charge.
Paid plans — Access to full exam libraries requires a paid subscription. Prices are displayed at checkout and are subject to change with 30 days' notice.
Billing — Payments are processed by Stripe. By purchasing a subscription you authorise us to charge your payment method on the recurring basis you select (monthly or annually).
Refunds — We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time purchases of any paid plan. To request a refund email support@examcram.ai within 7 days of purchase. After 7 days, payments are non-refundable except where required by law.
Cancellation — You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Access continues until the end of the paid billing period.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on ExamCram — including exam questions, explanations, images, software, and branding — is owned by or licensed to ExamCram and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial study purposes. You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Service.
- Sell, sublicense, or resell access to the Service or its content.
- Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract content.
- Reverse-engineer or decompile any part of the platform.
5. Prohibited Uses
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
- Share your account credentials with others or create multiple accounts to circumvent access restrictions.
- Upload, post, or transmit any content that is harmful, defamatory, or infringes third-party rights.
- Interfere with the security or integrity of the Service or its infrastructure.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service.
